KWA – ATP (Adaptive Training Pistol)

Manufacturer: KWA (USA)
Type: GBB

KWA – ATP

The KWA – ATP (Adaptive Training Pistol) is KWA’s latest version of a "Glock like" pistol. it retains most dimensions to a Glock 17, but will not have licensing issues due to being different enough in design. While it has an NS2 gas system, it can work with existing KWA Glock compatible magazines. It comes with a metal slide with laser etched markings and includes an interchangeable backstrap for those needing a more slender grip.

KWA – ATP

The threaded orange tip shown in the pictures is slightly smaller then 14mm CCW and will not fasten a silencer securely. It seems to be only added for orange tip compliancy. The metal slide on the ATP is slightly wider then a real Glock’s slide, so it will not fit into holster like the Crye GunClip and may have issues with other fitted holster (i.e. Safariland, Serpa, etc). An older KWA Glock slide will fit onto the ATP frame, but it will not function.

There have been some additions to the internals on the ATP from the older KWA Glock series which includes a slide dampener.

Tokyo Marui – PX4 Storm

Manufacturer: Tokyo Marui (Japan)
Type: Gas Blow Back
Date Acquired: 08/2011

Tokyo Marui – PX4 Storm

The Tokyo Marui – PX4 is a replica of the Beretta PX4 Storm handgun. Tokyo Marui did an excellent job as usual in building this replica.

There are 2 additional backs traps included which accommodate smaller and larger hands. When the slide cycles back the outer barrel rotates just as with the real PX4. The rotating barrel is a neat concept for the real PX4, but is only for looks on the airsoft version.

The safety/decocker is functional. When put into safe, the hammer gets lowered to a non firing position. You have the option when turning the safety off to fire DA or cock the hammer manually for SA.

Tokyo Marui – PX4

As with all stock Tokyo Marui handguns, the slide is plastic. The magazine will handle green gas just fine, but you may want to switch to a metal slide if you plan on firing alot.

Type: GBB

Magpul PTS – FPG Complete

This is the complete version of the Magpul PTS FPG (Folding Pocket Gun), which is built complete by KWA. Previously Magpul PTS only sold the FPG as a kit.

Real Steel Information

The Magpul FMG was inspired by the earlier Ares FMG. The Ares FMG was based on a Mac-10 where the Magpul FMG is based off Glock internals.

Ares FMG – Seen in Robocop

Airsoft Version

Magpul PTS and KWA worked together to build a complete FPG. The Original FPG kit was built to use a KSC or KWA Glock 18c for its’ internal parts, so the partnership was a natural match.

Magpul PTS – FPG Complete

Magpul PTS – FPG Complete

The complete FPG comes with an extended outer and inner barrel which were not available for people who purchased the FPG Kit. It comes with the low profile selector switch and magazine floor plate installed, and includes a 49 round long magazine.

Same performance as a KSC/KWA Glock 18c with slightly higher FPS due to the longer inner barrel.

Tokyo Marui – 5-7

Manufacturer: Tokyo Marui (Japan)
Type: Gas Blow Back Handgun

Tokyo Marui – 5-7

The Tokyo Marui 5-7 has been highly anticipated since its’ announcement a few years ago at Japanese airsoft conventions. the TM version of the 5-7 does not disappoint.

Tokyo Marui – 5-7

Unlike the Marushin 5-7, the TM is a solid build. It readily takes green gas and build quality is high. For being a mostly plastic gun, it has solid base, due to a metal magazine. Slide action and safety functions are smooth.

KWA – USP Tactical

Manufacturer: KWA (USA)
Type: GBB

KWA USP Tactical

The KWA USP Full Size comes standard from AEX with a metal slide.

KWA USP Tactical

Trademarks are laser etched on the metal slide and includes a 16mm CW threaded barrel which is the same as a KSC MK23 Silencer. I have seen Redwolf advertise 14mm CCW KSC USP Tactical’s, so hopefully that means 14mm outer barrels may be available soon.

KWA USP Tactical

This USP uses an updated NS2 gas system. Takes Green Gas no problem. FPS performance over my KWA USP Fullsize has improved with the NS2 system
