Tactical Tailor – Modular Holster – Multicam

I purchased the Tactical Tailor – 1911 Modular Holster – Multicam for my real 1911's, but I had to check out how the airsoft 1911's worked as well ;). The holster is fabric wrapped around kydex to help keep the holsters shape and rigidity. It is very simple in design, but has worked out well so far. This carries single stack and dual stack 1911's no problem, but doesn't like wide under rails.

Comes with 2 Long MALICE Clips. Shown above mounted on a TT – Modular Padded Belt.

Tactical Tailor – Modular Padded Belt – Tan

I got the Tactical Tailor – Modular Padded Belt to use with my real firearms. While leg holsters look "cool", while I'm at the indoor range, I'd personally rather have my firearm kept close to my side and above my hip (Also saves from banging the firearm on the lane tables). I shopped around on traditional belted holsters, but when I saw TT made a Modular Padded Belt, which could use my existing Molle holsters, that was a winner!

At this time it's loaded with a TT Triple Mag Pouch System, TT Dump Pouch and TT Modular Holster.

Tactical Tailor – 90 Degree Modular Panel

The Tactical Tailor – 90 Degree Modular Panel is a simple, well built modular attachment adapter. I got this so I could back mount my sidearm horizontally on a vest or modular belt.

Tactical Tailor – Triple Pistol Mag Pouch, Multicam

I've had a few different brands of pistol mag pouches, Spectre, BHI, HSGI. I decided to look for a Multicam, multiple pouch system this time. I decided to try the Tactical Tailor magazine pouch system. These specific pouches come with a Kydex (thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride) inserts which basically lock in most size magazines into the pouch. This mean you can use the pouches with or without the outer flaps, but the mag will stay securely in the pouch until pulled out.

These pouches come with MOLLE style webbing on the rear and include 2?MALICE clips for attachment.

Oakley – S.I. Assault Gloves – Tan – Close up

The rigged carbon fiber knuckles add lateral rigidity and unique looks to the glove. I would NOT want to be on the receiving end of a punch with someone wearing these gloves. All the fabric used is very breathable, while you felt the glove insulated your hands, I never felt hot wearing them.

The Devgru Forman headset is a very well built piece of electronics. It includes a large button PTT which is easy to actuate with gloves on. It has a quick disconnect to allow for different connectors for different radio types. The Devgru package includes:

The build quality is high. Heavy Gauge Wiring, Coiled Remote, Large PTT, Bi-directional Microphone Microphone Wind Muff. More details below along with comparison to the Toy Soldier Swimmers Headset. Sound quality wise the headset has no problems. Even with the quick disconnect, there were no crackles or interference that could be heard. The mic is sensitive and will pickup very low noises.

Devgru Frogman Headset – PTT with pre attached hook velcro

Devgru put some thought into some of the addition features included with this headset. PTT came with Hook Velcro already attached. The included "Clamper" and MOLLE style clip have Loop Velcro so the PTT can be mounted in almost any configuration. The coiled remote wiring helps keep the wiring in 1 place.

There are a few differences between the Devgru and Toy Soldier headsets. Quality of parts used is a big issue. The ear cup of the Devgru unit is made of a soft pliable rubber. The TS headsets earpiece is a harder almost plastic ear cup Devgru also has higher quality materials used in the Headnet, Wiring and connectors.

BlackHawk – HellStorm Fury Commando with Kevlar Gloves

I prefer these gloves over S.O.L.A.G. for 2 reasons:

1. The don't turn my hands black.
2. Short Cuff. Easy to wear with watch on.

Other then that, the same top notch quality and affordable pricing Blackhawk usually offers. Keep an eye out for BHI Clearance pricing in addition to the AEX/BHI discount. They can be combined! These gloves retailed for over $50.00, on sale for $18.00 with AEX discount

You can't really get into airsoft w/o getting some sort of tactical vest. Here's a few in my collection to date.
